Bilingual Financial Services Specialist

- Works easily with the combined leadership from line (DM) and staff (Unidos Exec).
- Bilingual Spanish / English a must
FOR ALL FINANCIAL SERVICES AND MARKETING SERVICES:
·Meet or exceed the Sales Volume Plan outlined for assigned accounts.
o Create and execute Partnership contracts for Clients/Customers/Retailers.
o Negotiate pricing on Unidos products.
o Monitor compliance to contracts.
· Executes selling transactions in established accounts or train FSAs to execute such transactions. Including:
o Collection of money if applicable
o Replenishment of inventory to satisfy consumer demand until next visit if applicable
o Return of defective or obsolete inventory from customer’s stock
· Conduct periodic business reviews, sell in new promotions, contribute to strategic planning, etc.
o Meetings can occur with or without Field Line or HQ Staff leadership.
· Ensure the Clients/Customers/Retailers maintain exemplary Merchandising Standards for Unidos and Other Financial Services brands in their existing accounts. Including:
o Placing brands and products in best selling position.
o Relentless implementation of POS and poster execution exceeding Unidos standards establishing brand dominance in all retailer locations.
o Routine Point of Sale store surveys.
o Activate all themed promotions according to direction from Field Line or HQ Staff leadership.
· Responsible for relationships with Clients/Customers/Retailers in a spirit of partnership. Create a perception of our organization as the category leaders.
· Keep a keen awareness of what the competition is doing
o Report findings regularly.
Organizational and Administration duties. This will include:
· Compliance with all applicable company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee and SOX Compliance Manuals.
· Participation in training sessions when assigned.
· If assigned a Company vehicle – use in accordance with policy:
o Regular maintenance performed
o Kept clean and in working order
